Digital Resources
Our digital downloads (including guides, toolkits, templates, and assessments) are delivered electronically after purchase.
- Instant access: Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive immediate access to your files via email or your account page.
- No physical items: All resources are digital; nothing will be shipped.
- Licence: Purchases are for individual or internal team use only. Files may not be shared, resold, uploaded publicly, or distributed beyond your organisation without written permission.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access is granted. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us within 7 days at hello@nostosnest.com for assistance.
Services
We provide professional development and wellbeing services including workshops, keynotes, workplace mental health assessments, personal guidance, and advisory support.
- Booking and payment: Service bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule a one-off session with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
- Advisory services: Ongoing advisory services may be subject to separate terms, notice periods, and payment arrangements agreed at the time of booking.
- Refunds after commencement: Refunds are not available once a session, workshop, or service has begun.
- Disclaimer: While our services are informed by mental health education and lived experience, they do not replace therapy, counselling, crisis support, legal advice, medical advice, or workplace legal/compliance advice.
Scope of Personal Guidance Services
Personal Guidance offered through Nostos Nest provides guidance, accountability, clarity, and support with wellbeing, confidence, personal development, mindset, and practical work or career planning. Personal Guidance is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, recruitment, or job placement. All decisions, actions, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
